Weber's chromis

It feeds on Plankton. This is part of a group of small chromis species, sometimes difficult to identify. The group includes (amongst the species described here) Chromis atripes, Chromis amboinensis, Chromis lepidolepis, Chromis elerae, Chromis ternatensis, Chromis weberi. A good system to distinguish between them, is to look carefully at the spots on the fins and at the eye's colour.
