Scientific name : Waminoa sp. 3


Small (3 mm) acoel flat worm, leaf shaped. Brown colour with a longitudinal white stripe in the middle.
Found on back reef or reef front.
Similar to Waminoa sp. 1 e Waminoa sp. 2, is distinguished by the medial white stripe.

Associated organisms
Associated with various coral species (in our photo with Goniopora sp.). The brown colour is due to the symbiosis with unicellular algae (zooxantellae or diatoms).
