Tambja morosa
Scientific name : Tambja morosa
Dark green colour, with blue edge of head, foot, gills, and variously scattered spots. The anterior part of the gills tuft can be lighter.
Many colour variations exists (blueish body, scattered blue spots), but this is the dominant form in our area. 7 cm.
Another species was described in 1987, Tambja kushimotoensis, very similar to T. morosa. Other species, belonging to the same genus, have a different colur pattern..
Associated organisms With bryozoans, its main food.
