Stalked sea squirt

Scientific name : Clavelina detorta

Small zooids (1 cm) each with a long stalk. U-shaped, yellow coloured intestine. Well distinguishable from other species for the long stalk.
All Clavelina have a short stalk, but only in this species the feature is striking.

Associated organisms
Often on gorgonian or black coral bare skeletons.
