Phyllidiella pustulosa

Scientific name : Phyllidiella pustulosa

Hard back, covered with fine white and pink pustules on a black background. The black colour makes up a network, more or less extended, with many variations. No gills, black rhynophores. The black network is the difference with Phyllidiopsis pipeki, Phyllidiopsis shirinae and Phyllidia elegans, all having mainly longitudinal black lines.
The flatworm Pseudoceros imitatus mimics P. pustulosa, the latter having a higher profile and true rhynophores.
