Nembrotha cf. guttata

Scientific name : Nembrotha cf. guttata

Dark brown body, covered with pink pustules. White and black gills and rhynophores, white rhinophores sheat. 4 cm. Confusion exists, because according to the original description N. guttata should have green edged orange pustules, black and orange rhinophores, black rhinophores sheat. Actually many colour variations exist.
The pustole colour is clearly different from Nembrotha cristata e Nembrotha kubaryana. More similar to N. livingstonei, the latter has a cross shaped white blotch among the rhinophores.

Associated organisms
Certainly it feeds on ascidians.
