Marionia sp. 2

Scientific name : Marionia sp. 2

Nudibranchia dendronotacea, with branching lateral appendages (respiratory function), cephalic veil and rhinophores with a prominent sheat. Back is brown-greenish, the lateral appendages are white. 2 cm. Photo taken in bay, 8 m depth.
Many similar species are still undescribed.

Associated organisms
Most Tritonia species are associated with octocorals, in particular Xeniidae.
