Manado seahorse

Scientific name : Hippocampus manadensis

Lenght 14 cm. Very rare species, described in 1856 but observed in the environment only in 2003. The photos published are the first taken for this species. Male brown, the females can have a zebra pattern. Typical hook shaped spine under the chin.
