Eclypse butterfly fish

Scientific name : Chaetodon bennetti

Medium size butterfly fish (max 18 cm), yellow with black and blue lines. A striking round black spot with blue border in the back part. Common along the external reef, to a maximum depth of 30 m, solitary or in pairs. Similar to Chaetodon speculum, easily distinguished for the blue lines.

Often found in areas with a rich cover in Anthipataria, its main food.
