Chromodoris leopardus

Scientific name : Chromodoris leopardus


Light brown background colour, with irregular ring-shaped black spots, similar to those in leopards. 6 cm.
Often misidentified as Chromodoris kuniei, from which is distinguished for the ring-shaped spots.
A certain similitude with Risbecia tryoni, that can have some ring shaped spots, put mostly R. tryoni has rounded spots, the body profile is higher.

Associated organisms
Its food sponges.


Habitat: Lagoon
