Chromodoris aureopurpurea
Scientific name : Chromodoris aureopurpurea
Large, flattened nudibranch, with yellow spotted back and mantle edge with purple-blue stains and a thin marginal yellow-purple line. 10 cm.
Confusion is possible with Chromodoris rufomaculata (or rufomarginata), the latter with no thin marginal line and white translucent gills.
