Ceratosoma sinuata

Scientific name : Ceratosoma sinuata


Rare and not easy to see. Variable colour, green to brown with fading spots, sinuate mantle edge, gills and rhynophores traslucent with red points. 5 cm.
Formerly named Miamira sinuata, it has been recently added to the genus Ceratosoma. Other species belonging to the same Miamira group, rare and difficult to see, have a similar aspect.

Associated organisms
With Dysidea sp. sponges, its food. Sometimes can be found on the same sponge together with the cefalaspidea Sagaminopteron psychedelicum.
